You don’t have to do recovery alone.
ResolvED is a virtual group coaching membership zone that promotes hope and healing in a faith-based community for those who struggle with eating disorders and want to be free.
ResolvED is flexible.
Go at your own pace! It’s a program that allows you to show up when it’s needed or let it go when it’s not. Come as you are, live or later, and still take consistent steps toward your recovery.
ResolvED is relevant.
Conceptualized and customized by women who struggled with an eating disorder and are now walking freely, we are PASSIONATE about helping others - including you - embrace the freedom that awaits.
ResolvED is motivating.
Our members enjoy community through groups, meal support, and text support that motivates change. Here’s what you can look forward to every week.

Ellie Livingston is a registered dietitian nutritionist who loves Jesus, was born and raised in Sweet Home Alabama, and now lives in Fort Worth, Texas, with her husband and yorkie-poodle. Having personally been set free from a variety of struggles with food and body image, she has a passion for nutrition. During her own healing journey, she felt called to study nutrition in order to learn the truth about food and the body and become a resource for people seeking freedom from their own food and nutrition struggles. She graduated from the University of Alabama summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition and later received a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition. Her dietetic internship through the Coordinated Program of Dietetics at The University of Alabama allowed her to serve at an eating disorder treatment facility. She knew she’d found her niche. Ellie is exceedingly and abundantly blessed beyond all she could have ever dreamed to now be on the other side of the client-dietitian relationship and looks forward to walking with you in your journey to freedom!

FAQs
-
The ResolveED membership cost is only $95/week and includes all of the following:
One meal support group
One body image/nutrition support group
One general process group around a recovery-focused topic
Weekday text support
-
Not a problem! Body image/nutrition and general process groups are recorded and are available up to 30 days for later viewing.
-
The membership value is actually well beyond $95/week, so know that even if you don’t participate in everything, you are still receiving great benefit. We have set our membership rates with the assumption that not all members will participate in every offering. We do not discount or refund based on attendance.
-
Absolutely! We are strongly faith-based, and our group conversations will reflect that, but we also respect you and meet you where you are. If you find faith-based conversations to be triggering, you might not be comfortable in this group. But you will always be welcomed.
-
Your individual clinical appointments are priority and most important in your recovery journey. While we believe ResolvED will be an incredible supplement to your individual work, it is not a replacement for your clinical team. You must continue outpatient work with your dietitian and therapist until they release you or recommend to us otherwise.
-
We use Slack for private direct messaging. You can message us any hour of the day, someone will respond during the weekday daily text support window, 3:00pm - 3:30pm EST.
-
Once you join, your membership is ongoing. Your payments will auto-draft on Mondays and we make it easy for you by charging the approved card on file. You can cancel at any time. We request a two week notice.
-
Given there’s already a degree of separation with virtual support, we STRONGLY encourage you to leave your camera on when participating in groups unless there are extenuating circumstances. We want to cultivate connection. In meal support groups, it is required that your camera remain on and that you are in sight during the course of the group given the additional complexities around virtual meal support.
-
That’s actually the beauty of this platform! Message any time and we’ll provide support during the next available window. If you need a level of text support with faster response time, it may be that you need an individual recovery coach. Some of our members have an individual recovery coach and participate in group coaching for additional support. Click here for more information on individual coaching.

Any time, as long as there is space available! Our community and group content is easy to jump into at any point. Complete the form below to get started today!

We’ll set up a portal for you within our EHR where you’ll complete an application. Once it is signed and complete, you’ll receive directions and links for joining groups and be added to our messaging system. It’s super easy!
